How long do I have to return an item?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Cut-to-size materials, custom orders and consumables cannot be returned.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. PayPal refunds reflect in 3-5 business days. PayFast and EFT refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes. If you would prefer an exchange, indicate this in your return ticket. Subject to stock availability we will arrange a replacement to be shipped once we receive your return.
